Lachlan is an experienced Exercise Physiologist who graduated from The University of Sydney in 2017. Since graduating, Lachlan has spent the past five years working in a private practice setting seeing a variety of patients with various issues. From weight loss, to chronic disease management, building functional capacity, all the way to end-stage return to sport rehabilitation, Lachlan has experience working with many different populations.
Utilising an empathic approach and considering the various psychosocial contributors to health, Lachlan is able to meet patients where they are and help devise a plan that is realistic and suited to the patient’s needs.
In addition to the above, Lachlan has also spent time in the realm of occupational health, dealing primarily with case management. Lachlan’s clinical interests include post-surgical return to sport rehabilitation (namely ACL reconstructions), management of metabolic conditions (e.g., diabetes), and weight management advice and coaching.
